He has noted a increase in his chest size since about 12 years old and has gradually become larger over the years. He does not take off his shirt in public and has issues with his relationships. His goals are to be able to take off his shirt in public and to be comfortable with his chest. He underwent gynecomastia gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy. He had 109 grams removed from his right side and 78 grams removed from his left in addition to liposuction of his chest. He does not take off his shirt in public due to extreme embarrassment. He underwent gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy with 250 cc of fat excised from each side. He had 24 grams removed from his right breast and 30 grams removed from his left. His procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Even though his chest has reduced in size due to the loss of fat content, he still has fullness in both sides of his chest; his right greater than his left and has laxity of his skin. He does not take off his shirt in public due to embarrassment and he wants to feel secure enough to be with the opposite sex as well as doing simple things such as going to the beach or pool. He is 6 feet 2 inches, 226 pounds. He underwent gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy as well as a superior crescent lift to lift the nipple-areola complex to try and remove the lower fold primarily on the right, which is greater than the left. He underwent his surgery at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had 179 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 84 grams of tissue removed from his left chest. In addition to this he had liposuction of the axilla as well, due to the fullness around the armpit region. He had approximately 1200 cc. of fat removed from each armpit area, in addition to 650 cc. aspirated from his right chest, and 550 cc. of fat extracted from his left chest.
