Berkley, California – This is a 26 year old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia to the San Francisco office for gland excision and liposuction for gynecomastia treatment. He has had this since adolescent years. Due to extreme embarrassment, he has decided to have surgery. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 245 pounds. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had 50 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 77 grams of breast tissue removed from his left chest. He had 250 cc. of fat and aspirate removed from each side of his chest.
