Dublin, California – This is a 28 year old man who presents with steroid induced gynecomastia and presents for gland excision and liposuction. He had one or two cycles of Anabolic Extreme which caused development of breast glandular tissue. His goal is to get his chest back to normal. He underwent gland excision and liposuction at Marin Cosmetic Surgery in Novato, California. He had 29 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 72 grams removed from his left chest. He also had approximately 75 to 100 cc. of fat and aspirate removed from each side of his chest. His post operative course was complicated by a small seroma and 3 cc. was tapped from his right chest and healed spontaneously. His photographs were taken three months after surgery.
