He has adolescent gynecomastia with no significant psychological issues. He just wants a more normal looking chest. He is 5’9″, 175 pounds. He underwent gland excision and liposuction. He had 12 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 700 cc of fat removed and 17 grams from his left chest and 800 cc of fat.
