This patient is a 45-year-old male who has had massive weight loss and presents with a grade 4 gynecomastia. He undergoes a free nipple double incision mastectomy (skin excision and nipple repositioning). Photos are taken approximately three months after surgery. The incisions are slowly beginning to mature.
