He underwent gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of his chest in which he had 30 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 20 grams of tissue removed from his left. This is a 36-year-old male from Las Vegas, Nevada, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents at the San Francisco office location for evaluation and treatment. He had 69 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 90 grams of tissue removed from his left side. His photographs are seen at approximately two months after surgery.

This is a 27-year-old male from Redwood City, California, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia. He underwent gland excision and liposuction at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center.
