Patient 4228

This is a 26-year- old male from San Francisco, California, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia. He lost weight from 240 down to 175. Due to the laxity of his skin and the poor quality of his skin he was given the option of the one stage free nipple or mastectomy keeping the nipple attached to a pedicle. He underwent mastectomy which is excision of skin and relocation of the nipple. His scars are healing well, and the photographs are seen approximately four months after surgery. He had 352 grams of tissue including skin removed on his right side and 398 grams removed from his left side. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California.

This is a 29-year- old male from Rocklin, California, who presents with gynecomastia. His overall goal is to be more comfortable in public with his chest and to look normal. He underwent gynecomastia at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had 76 grams of tissue removed from his right side and 51 grams of tissue removed from his left chest. This is a 34-year-old male from Pleasanton, California, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents for male breast reduction surgery. He underwent gland excision and liposuction from his chest and had 1.8 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 2.6 grams of tissue removed from his left. This is a 24-year-old male from Rohnert Park, California, who underwent gland excision and liposuction of his chest in 2009 and presented to our office with asymmetry and a clear deformity. He presents for revision gynecomastia surgery. He underwent liposuction of the axilla with 750 cc of fat and aspirate from his right side and 750 cc of fat and aspirate from his left side. He underwent a series of fat ________ for the deformity in addition to additional contouring of his chest to obtain a more aesthetic chest. His goal overall was to have a normal looking chest.
