San Jose, California – This is a 36 year old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and lipodystrophy of abdomen and flanks. His desire is to have gynecomastia surgery and liposuction of his abdomen and flanks. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had 40 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 36 grams of breast tissue removed from his left breast. In addition he had 700 cc. of fat removed from his right flank and 650 cc. removed from his left flank. Additionally he had 1800 cc. removed from the abdominal area. He also had 150 cc. of fat and aspirate removed from his right chest and 250 cc. of fat removed from his left chest. He had an uneventful post op course. His photographs are seen at approximately ten months after surgery.

He underwent 52 grams of gland excision on his right side and 55 grams of gland excision from his left side, with liposuctioned fat tissue as well. He had 53 grams of tissue removed from his right side and 61 grams removed from his left side in addition to liposuction of fat tissue. This is a 19-year- old male from San Jose, California, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents for gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy. His goal is to reduce the nipple puffiness and to be able to wear white shirts and to take off his shirt. He had 18 grams of tissue removed from his right breast and from his left breast. His photographs are seen approximately two months after surgery. He had a small complication of fluid accumulation on his right side which was removed by needle aspiration and it healed uneventfully.

This is a 22-year- old male from Elk Grove, California, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents for gland excision and liposuction. His goal is to be able to take off his shirt. He wants a little more flat chest and a smaller areolar. He underwent gland excision and liposuction at Marin Cosmetic Center. He had 50 grams of tissue removed from his right breast and 52 from his left breast in addition to liposuctioned fat tissue. His photographs are seen approximately three months after surgery.
