He is 6 feet 2 inches and weighs 180 pounds. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had 38 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 47 grams of breast tissue removed from his left chest. He also had 150 cc. of fat and aspirate removed from each side of his chest. He had an uneventful post op course and his photographs are seen at 2 months after surgery.

Seattle, Washington – This is a 43 year old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and treated with gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy at the Novato, California office. His goal is to be less self-conscious about his chest and to obtain a more masculine looking chest. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. He underwent gynecomastia surgery at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center. He had 30 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 40 grams of breast tissue removed from his left chest. He also had 450 cc. of fat and aspirate removed from his left chest and 500 cc. of fat and aspirate from his right chest. He had an uneventful post op course. His pictures are seen at 2 months after surgery.

He is 6 feet 1 inch and weighs 200 pounds. His gynecomastia surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center. He had 21 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 22 grams of breast tissue removed from his left chest. In addition he had approximately 300 cc. of fat and aspirate removed from his chest. His post op recovery was uneventful. His photographs were taken at 3 months after surgery.

Makkah Saudi Arabia – This is a 21 year old medical student who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents for gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy. He is 173 cm. and 90 kilograms. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had 108 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 98 grams of breast tissue removed from his left chest. In addition he had 500 cc. of fat and aspirate removed from each side of his chest. His post operative course was uneventful. His photographs are taken approximately one year after surgery.

Oakland, California – This is a 39 year old male who presents to the San Francisco office for evaluation of his adolescent gynecomastia. He has been on Propecia for approximately 7 years but over that time frame, he has noted no increase in his breast size. He does not take off his shirt in public. His goal is to eliminate the extra breast tissue. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had 29 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 26 grams of breast tissue removed from his left chest. He also had 225 cc. of fat and aspirate removed from each side of his chest. His post op recovery was complicated by a post op hematoma that was seen in the recovery room. He went back to surgery for evacuation of the hematoma. Otherwise his post op recovery was uncomplicated. His photographs are seen approximately four months after surgery.
