This 19-year-old young man stands at 5’11”, 230lbs, with normal endocrine levels. He never takes off his shirt in front of others, and wears an elastic strap around his chest to reduce the visibility of his gynecomastia. Note the discoloration around the central chest area. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, resulting in a total fat extraction of 600cc from the left side and 625cc from the right. Total glandular tissue removed was 100 grams from the left side of the chest and 90 grams from the right.

He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest and axillae, from which I removed a total of 1200cc of fat bilaterally, as well as 109 grams of glandular tissue from the right side of the chest and 840 grams from the left. HISTORY: This is a 68-year-old resident of Sausalito, California who presents to the Novato office in Marin County for evaluation of his gynecomastia. Due to his age and the laxity of tissue he underwent a superior breast skin lift and gland excision with chest liposuction. His primary goal is to feel better in clothes and since he is a yachts goer, would like to be able to feel comfortable without a shirt. He underwent gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy with a superior breast skin lift as well as liposuction of the axilla. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. He had 350 cc of fat extracted from each axilla as well as 500 cc of fat excised from each chest. He had 66 grams of breast tissue removed from his right side and 103 grams of breast tissue removed from his left side. His photographs were taken about four months after surgery.

HISTORY: This is a 52-year-old resident of Folsom, California who has had gynecomastia surgery in 2003. His gynecomastia surgery procedure was liposuction only. He presents to the San Francisco office for improvement in his chest shape. He does not take off his shirt in public due to embarrassment and his goal is to acquire a flat contoured chest. He underwent revision gynecomastia surgery with gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy of the chest and the axilla. He underwent 400 cc of fat excised from both the left and the right axilla and liposuction approximately 200 cc from his chest on each side.He had 41 grams excised from his right side and 78 grams from his left side. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. His photographs are seen 3 months after surgery.
