Patient 3342

This 29-year-old man is 5’7″ and 180lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy , from which I removed a total of 1000cc of fat from each side of the chest. I also excised a total of 14 grams of glandular tissue from the right side and 23 grams from the left. His goal was to have “a more masculine-looking chest.”

Patient 1565

This 29-year-old man is 5’11” and 175 pounds. He has dealt with gynecomastia since puberty, suffering from a great deal of embarrassment over the years. Prior to surgery, he would never take off his shirt in public. His primary goal for surgery was to achieve a “flatter chest with less nipple protrusion”.

Patient 7712

This 29-year-old man is 5’10” and 184lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia, and prior to surgery had never exposed his chest due to embarrassment and uncomfortability. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy, from which I removed a total of 325cc of fat from the right side of the chest and 400cc from the left. His goal was to “decrease nipple puffiness.”

Patient 6428

This 27-year-old man is 6’4″ and 195lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia with breast sensitivity and tenderness. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest. His primary goal was “to remove glandular tissue.”

Patient 6174

This 26-year-old man is 5’7″ and 152lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, from which I excised 16 grams of glandular tissue from the right and 17 grams from the left.
