This 34-year-old man suffers from adolescent gynecomastia, and prior to surgery was severely embarrassed to take off his shirt in public. His father suffered from gynecomastia as well. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, resulting in a total fat extraction of 375cc from the right side and 350cc from the left.

Patient 7002

This 33-year-old man is 5’11” and 214lbs. He developed gynecomastia during adolescence and would never remove his shirt in public. Prior to seeking my assistance, he had gynecomastia surgery with another physician, but was dissatisfied with the results. I performed a secondary procedure for him, consisting of glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the axillae. This 33-year-old man is 5’10” and 250lbs. He developed adolescent gynecomastia and never was able to expose his chest due to severe discomfort. He underwent glandular excision as well as ultrasonic liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and axillae, from which I extracted a total of approximately 8000cc of fat. His goal was “to feel comfortable in a T-shirt.”

This 33-year-old man has suffered from severe gynecomastia from the young age of 10. He never takes off his shirt and wears a corset, stating that he is teased daily. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest and axillae. His goal was “to wear a T-shirt comfortably.” He would be a good candidate for a periareolar lift as a skin tightening procedure.
