Patient 4424

This 45-year-old male developed gynecomastia during adolescence. He underwent glandular excision and ultrasonic liposuction. We extracted a total of about 2000cc of fat from his chest area. His goal was to be able to take off his shirt in public.

Patient 6559

This 44-year-old man suffers from adolescent gynecomastia, and has stated that it was possibly due to steroid use as a child to treat his asthma. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, from which I removed a total of 900cc from the right and 925cc from the left. I also removed a total of 39 grams of glandular tissue from the right and 57 grams from the left. He had a revision surgery at 11 months post-op due to a slight depression on the right lower chest area.

Patient 9279

This 43-year-old man previously underwent liposuction to correct hisgynecomastia in 1992 with another surgeon, but was dissatisfied with the results. I performed a revision procedure on him, consisting of glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest. Total fat extraction was 350cc from the right side and 375cc from the left.

This 42-year-old man is 6′ and 170lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest. His goal was to “look better.”

Patient 2234

This 42-year-old man is 5’11” and 175lbs. He initially had gynecomastia surgery in 1978 with another surgeon, but was displeased with the outcome. I performed a secondary procedure on him, consisting of glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of his chest, abdomen and flanks. I removed a total of 3750cc of fat bilaterally.
